We are located in Canandaigua, New York in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region which is just south of Rochester. Our gym has been in operation for almost 20 years!! We offer programs for students starting at age one all the way up to USAG Competitive Teams that compete all over the United States. The curriculum is progression oriented, meaning certain skills are mastered before others are introduced ensuring a fun and safe environment. Positive motivation along with goal setting, charts and certificates of accomplishment are used to help build our kids from the inside out!! Low student/teacher ratios insure that each child gets the attention and instruction they deserve . Our trained staff love kids and strive to make it a fun and rewarding experience.
