Register for Eagle Classes and Programs!

If you wish to enroll your children into our eagle programs at Eagle Gymnastics, please see below additional information about our registration process and fees.


  • There is an annual membership fee* of $30 for all new gymnasts (this fee is NON-REFUNDABLE)
  • There is a yearly membership fee due for enrollment (amount is based on our yearly cycle)
  • Pre-registration is strongly recommended to secure your place in a class (spaces are filled on a first come, first served basis). Class space is limited so that we may keep our low student/teacher ratio
  • There is a $5.00 discount on tuition if registration is received during the pre-registration dates
  • Students who have not been enrolled between September and now, must also have a registration card filled out
  • Registration WILL NOT be accepted without a completed registration card (for new students), summer sign-up form, and full payment of fees
  • Please assume your 1st choice was accepted. We will call if your 1st choice is not available


Kids Night Out

Every session, we offer one month night off for the parents (really, it’s for the kids to have all the fun!). The night includes 4 hours of fun, gymnastics, obstacle courses, games, and activities for kids ages 6+. No parents allowed!


Private Lessons
To get that extra edge, reserve individual time with your favorite instructor to perfect your skills. You do not need to be a member of Eagle Gymnastics to set up a private lesson. Contact us today to schedule your appointment.


Do not assume that you are registered for the next session because you were enrolled in the previous. Please call to ensure there is space in class, prior to coming to a new session if you have not pre-signed up. To fill out our registration form, please choose either way to submit your form.

We accept checks made out to Eagle Gymnastics, or cash. We do not take credit cards. Please email us with any questions!

Make Up Policy

Two makeups are permitted per eight-week session. Makeups must be done within the current session. They must be scheduled before attending and can be done with the instructor or by calling the office.

Eagle Gymnastic FAQs for Registration

  • What is the annual membership fee?

    Annual Membership Fee is a $40.00 annual fee paid in session 1 (September). This fee will be pro-rated throughout the year based on the session start date membership benefits include the following and more:


    • Free Eagle Gymnastics bag
    • Advanced registration information and monthly calendar of fun activities and exercises
    • 20% off coupon, valid in the pro shop
    • Coupon for $10 off a birthday party or private lesson at Eagle Gymnastics
    • Discount on creative play, kids' night out, and open workouts
  • What is the Pre Registration Deadline (PRD)?

    During week 5 of the session, students will get advanced signup information. The pre-registration deadline for current students will be the last day of week 7 (see calendar). In order to guarantee your child's preferred class we must receive payment and a resign up form by the PRD. If payment is not received class spots cannot be held.


  • Can my child make up a class?

    Your child may make up a class by contacting the office or with their instructor. If you know you will be missing a class you may make it up ahead of time. Make-up classes must be made up within the session they are missed. Please make sure to schedule all make-ups in advance.

  • What should my child wear?

    We suggest a leotard or shirt and shorts for girls. Just a shirt and shorts for boys. No jewelry other than post-earrings. Hair should be tied back away from the face. Bare feet are best!

  • Can I watch class? Do I have to stay?

    Yes, you are allowed to stay. We have a half wall surrounding our lobby area that leaves an unobstructed view of any workout area in the gym, including the preschool room!!


    No, you do not have to stay.


    *****For safety reasons, anyone not registered for a class must remain in the lobby area. While gymnasts are waiting for class to begin, they must stay in the lobby!! Parents and siblings are not permitted in the gym. Gymnastics equipment can only be used under a coaches/instructor’s supervision.

  • How do I know if the gym is closed due to bad weather?

    We will put a message on the answering machine at (585) 207-3485, or you can see recent updates on our Facebook page.
